We are seeking a hybrid professional who is not only a master of user experience and interface design but also possesses a strong grasp of graphic design principles and a keen interest in AI automation. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle from conceptual wireframes to polished visual assets while integrating AI tools to automate design workflows and enhance user personalization.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
UI\/UX Design & Strategy<\/p>\n
\tLead the end-to-end design process (research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design) for Ifkafin\u2019s digital products (web and mobile).
\n\tCreate user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that translate complex fintech workflows into intuitive experiences.
\n\tConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on data and feedback.<\/p>\n
Graphics & Visual Design<\/p>\n
\tDevelop high-quality graphic assets, including custom icons, illustrations, branding elements, and marketing collateral that align with Ifkafin\u2019s corporate identity.
\n\tEnsure visual consistency across all platforms by maintaining and evolving the design system.
\n\tCreate compelling presentation decks and sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product value.<\/p>\n
AI Automation Integration<\/p>\n
\tUtilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate asset creation and ideation.
\n\tCollaborate with engineering teams to design UI components that support AI-driven features, such as personalized dashboards, predictive data visualization, and automated user support interfaces.
\n\tInnovate ways to automate repetitive design tasks to improve workflow efficiency across the product team.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX\/UI design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex enterprise systems.
\n\tPortfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory.<\/p>\n
