As a Face-to-face fundraiser, you will engage members of the public in high-traffic locations and inspire them to commit to long-term monthly donations. This role is best suited for individuals with experience in field sales, activations, or customer acquisition, especially those used to working under daily targets and high rejection environments<\/p>\n

\tProactive Public Engagement:\u00a0Confidently approach and initiate conversations with members of the public in high-traffic areas, including streets, malls, and events, creating positive first impressions and meaningful interactions.\u00a0
\n\tCampaign Communication:\u00a0Clearly and passionately communicate the organization\u2019s mission, campaigns, and impact, tailoring your message to different audiences to create understanding and emotional connection.\u00a0
\n\tDonor Acquisition & Conversion:\u00a0Drive donor sign-ups by effectively guiding conversations from introduction to commitment, using persuasive techniques to convert interest into long-term support.\u00a0
\n\tTarget Ownership & Performance: Take full ownership of individual performance by consistently working towards and achieving set fundraising targets, maintaining focus, discipline, and accountability throughout each day.
\n\tRelationship Building:\u00a0Build instant rapport with a diverse range of individuals by actively listening, responding to concerns, and creating authentic connections that encourage trust and commitment.
\n\tObjection Handling & Resilience:\u00a0Confidently handle questions, concerns, and objections from the public, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence even in high-rejection environments
\n\tBrand Representation:\u00a0Represent the organization professionally at all times, demonstrating integrity, enthusiasm, and credibility in every interaction with the public.
\n\tAccurate Data Capture & Reporting: Accurately record donor information and daily activity, ensuring all interactions and sign-ups are properly documented and reported in line with organizational standards.
\n\tTeam Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
\n\tWork closely with team members and supervisors, actively participating in feedback sessions, training, and coaching to continuously improve performance and results.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Key Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA Diploma is required; a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum of 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in field sales, direct sales, activations, fundraising, or customer acquisition roles, preferably within fast-paced, target-driven environments.
\n\tDemonstrated experience working towards and achieving daily, weekly, or monthly performance targets, with a clear understanding of results-based roles.
\n\tProven ability to confidently engage and communicate with diverse audiences in face-to-face settings, particularly in outdoor or high-traffic environments
\n\tAbility to remain motivated and consistent in roles that involve high levels of rejection and continuous interaction with the public..
\n\tExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, build rapport quickly, and adapt messaging to different individuals.<\/p>\n
