Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOwn and deliver the segment sales strategy and plan, working closely with segment managers and the wider commercial team, with clear timelines and measures.
\n\tBuild and manage high quality prospect pipeline across key markets and channels, with a focused broker engagement approach.
\n\tDevelop compelling proposals and presentations that clearly explain the Bupa proposition; negotiate fair, sustainable terms.
\n\tStrengthen broker and client relationships, including onboarding priority brokers and supporting training to enable growth.
\n\tTrack performance and market insight, providing regular forecasts and feedback; keep sales activity records accurate and up to date.
\n\tChampion compliant selling and risk awareness, escalating potential issues and meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
\n\tCollaborate with pricing, proposition and marketing to inform campaign activity and optimise distribution; complete CRM and reporting to agreed standards.

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tWe\u2019re looking for someone who\u2019s confident, curious and commercially minded \u2014 and who cares about doing the right thing for customers.
\n\tA sales background in global health insurance or relevant financial services (e.g., life insurance, banking or wealth), with success managing large corporate accounts.
\n\tFirst\u2011hand experience working with Africa markets and broker\u2011led distribution.
\n\tA track record of winning new business and meeting targets through practical, consultative selling.
\n\tStrong commercial judgement, including pricing and contract know\u2011how, and the ability to read financials and act on them.
\n\tExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build partnerships and negotiate fair outcomes.
\n\tComfortable in a regulated environment, with a commitment to treating customers fairly and following governance requirements.
\n\tLeadership experience: you\u2019ve supported teams through change and growth.<\/p>\n
