Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tMarket research, finding new customers in the sales of Industrial Wastewater Treatment
\n\tBuild sustainable relationship and provide customer satisfaction
\n\tConduct technical audits of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)
\n\tPrepare technical proposals with clear ROI,
\n\tExecute plant trials and performance validation.
\n\tConvert trials into long-term supply contracts
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with plant engineers and decision makers
\n\tDevelop optimized chemical programs
\n\tAchieve annual sales targets by collaborating with customers
\n\tMonthly reporting on sales activity in area of jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or a degree holder in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Water Engineering, Water technology or related field
\n\tPreferably Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
\n\tProven sales track record in B2B industrial environment
\n\tAdvanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
\n\tAbility to work to deadlines and targets, can Priorities and manage multitasks
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license (Field based role)
\n\tCRM experience; HubSpot preferred
\n\tAbility and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
\n\tGood team player, sense of responsibility and reliability.<\/p>\n
