Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across all country operations
\n\tOversee financial operations including reporting, compliance, audits, and cash flow management
\n\tManage grant financial cycles and donor reporting
\n\tDesign financial models and costing for funding proposals
\n\tOversee legal affairs, contracts, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
\n\tStrengthen organisational systems for budgeting, procurement, and cost allocation
\n\tSupport leadership decision-making through financial insights and analysis
\n\tContribute to organisational strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team<\/p>\n
Who We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\t10+ years of progressive experience in finance, legal, or operations
\n\tAt least 3\u20135 years in a senior leadership role
\n\tStrong experience in financial strategy, planning, and compliance
\n\tExperience in multi-country, donor-funded, or development environments is an advantage
\n\tProfessional qualification (CPA(K), ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent)
\n\tStrong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities<\/p>\n
