The\u00a0QA Auditor \/ Inspector\u00a0is responsible for enforcing the Contractor\u2019s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, policies, and procedures. This position is critical for maintaining quality standards, inspecting performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance Oversight:<\/p>\n
\tEnforcing the Contractor\u2019s QMS on all facets of the project to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
\n\tConducting quality audits, inspections, and reviews during daily operations to evaluate the quality of work performed.
\n\tMonitoring and documenting all work activities during the Government\u2019s regular working hours to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
\n\tCoordinating directly with the Quality Manager and ensuring independence from the Project Manager for reporting and oversight duties.<\/p>\n
Inspection and Documentation:<\/p>\n
\tPerforming inspections of completed and ongoing work to confirm that it meets all specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.
\n\tEnsuring the personnel carrying out inspections have the technical expertise and knowledge required for the work being inspected.
\n\tMaintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections, audits, and findings, and preparing reports for submission to the Quality Manager.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Training:<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring compliance with documented quality processes, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
\n\tCollaborating with personnel to identify and address nonconformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
\n\tParticipating in training and development initiatives to keep up-to-date with industry best practices, technical methods, and QMS compliance standards.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or QA-related certifications are an advantage.
\n\tAt least\u00a0three (3) years of experience\u00a0in enforcing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in environments similar to the scope and size of the project.
\n\tDemonstrated qualifications, technical knowledge, and experience requirements equal to or exceeding those of the personnel performing the work being inspected.
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of quality assurance\/inspection processes and compliance systems.
\n\tExcellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality audits.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams, prepare detailed reports, and present findings.
\n\tAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.<\/p>\n
