Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate day-to-day execution of campaigns across internal teams
\n\tTrack deliverables and ensure all projects are completed on time
\n\tFollow up with teams to maintain workflow momentum
\n\tFlag risks or delays early to the Account Manager
\n\tManage day-to-day client communication on execution matters
\n\tPrepare and share meeting agendas, status updates, and contact reports
\n\tSupport the Account Manager in client presentations and reporting
\n\tMaintain professional and responsive communication at all times
\n\tManage the flow of creative and digital assets across teams
\n\tMaintain asset trackers, approval logs, and campaign documentation
\n\tEnsure accuracy and consistency in all shared materials
\n\tCompile weekly and monthly reports across accounts
\n\tMaintain structured documentation and project trackers
\n\tEnsure all reporting is accurate, clear, and submitted on time
\n\tSupport Account Coordinators and guide on priorities and processes
\n\tWork closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Digital)
\n\tContribute to improving internal workflows and efficiency<\/p>\n
Qualification & Requirements<\/p>\n
\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in an agency (Account Executive \/ Project Coordinator role)
\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tExperience managing multiple projects across different brands
\n\tProficiency in Google Workspace \/ Microsoft Office
\n\tProactive, solution-oriented mindset
\n\tExperience working in a digital or creative agency
\n\tFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
\n\tBasic understanding of digital marketing and campaign reporting
\n\tExperience with asset or traffic management systems<\/p>\n
