{"id":93847,"date":"2026-04-07T10:00:43","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T10:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/head-of-strategic-partnerships\/"},"modified":"2026-04-07T10:01:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T10:01:12","slug":"head-of-strategic-partnerships","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/head-of-strategic-partnerships\/","title":{"rendered":"Head of Strategic Partnerships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Head of Partnerships also provides strong external representation for the business and positions the company as a preferred partner in the insurance industry.<\/p>\n<p>Partnership Strategy &amp; Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop a global\/regional partnerships strategy aligned to corporate goals.<br \/>\n\tDeveloping, managing, and expanding a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company&#8217;s market presence.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a structured partnerships pipeline with clear ROI projections.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate and manage MoUs and contracts with partner institutions<br \/>\n\tIdentify ecosystem opportunities, whitespace markets, and strategic alliances.<br \/>\n\tOversee governance, contract compliance, risk management, and partnership performance.<\/p>\n<p>Business Development &amp; Revenue Growth<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify, engage and onboard strategic partners<br \/>\n\tSecure strategic partners that directly increase revenue, user acquisition, and product uptake.<br \/>\n\tNegotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and performance expectations.<br \/>\n\tOpen new market channels through partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, intermediaries, corporates, associations, fintech\u2019s, and development agencies.<br \/>\n\tNurture existing partnerships by leading, managing, and developing all partners to achieve revenue, brand awareness and top line target.<br \/>\n\tContract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations with partners to establish agreements that are favorable and sustainable for both parties.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance Product &amp; Innovation Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with Country Managers, Regional Head of Insurance, Product Managers, Digital Transformation, Marketing, and Operations teams to co-create solutions with partners.<br \/>\n\tInfluence product enhancements based on partner insights, customer needs, and market trends.<br \/>\n\tSupport pilots and product launch in collaboration with partners<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Ecosystem Mapping<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor competitor partnerships, regulatory developments, and industry trends.<br \/>\n\tStay up to date on market trends and emerging opportunities.
