\n\tResponsible for Technical Sales for Kirloskar & SPP Pumps, Kirloskar Air Compressors, and Kirloskar Chillers. Responsible for Order Booking and payment collection, and complete Presales, Order acquisition, Order execution Payment collection.
\n\tDemonstrate how products meet client needs and offer tailored solutions.<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
\n\tProvide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\tHandle client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.<\/p>\n
Technical Expertise:<\/p>\n
\tOffer technical support to clients regarding Kirloskar & SPP Pumps, Kirloskar Air Compressors, and Kirloskar Chillers.
\n\tStay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.<\/p>\n
Reporting and Documentation:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market analysis.
\n\tPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
\n\tParticipate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans<\/p>\n
Team Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to coordinate efforts, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
\n\tMust have good local market knowledge and should have good industry connect in Kenya.<\/p>\n
Must Have Skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
\n\t7-10 years of sales experience in Pumps, Air Compressors and Chillers.
\n\tProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
\n\tStrong technical knowledge of the products and their applications.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
