Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan to achieve organizational business goals and enhance brand presence across the entire region.
\n\tCollaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and\u00a0branding strategies for existing and new products.
\n\tOversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accounts.
\n\tEstablish commercial priorities and ensure appropriate business focus through effective planning and appropriate resource allocation across the region.
\n\tEnsure the implementation and monitoring of required marketing activities to meet the strategic quantitative and qualitative KPIs of the business and where required take corrective actions.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share across the region.
\n\tResponsible for developing & managing overall marketing objectives across the region.
\n\tWorks in close association with commercial teams across the region to deliver local revenue targets.
\n\tManages the marketing\/product team budgets. Ongoing monitoring of all expenses.
\n\tEnsures team cohesion & drives delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables to support the Sales organization across the region.
\n\tLeads & provides guidance to an efficient and high-quality team & promotes synergy and best practice sharing among resources, drives active cross-functional collaboration to ensure success of all marketing \/ commercial projects & launch excellence.
\n\tRegional Forecasting: To achieve the agreed customer service level by providing accurate product demand forecasts. Ensure that all forecasting assumptions for the region are appropriately documented.
\n\tProvide supervision through regular field visits, observations and measurement of results to include campaign evaluation, key opinion leaders feedback and field intelligence reports.
\n\tTakes initiative to drive standardization of reporting across the various portfolios & oversees marketing excellence across the region.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Educational Background:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
\n\tMBA or advanced degree is a required.<\/p>\n
Professional Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 10 + years within marketing environment, strong exposure to market research and business analytics.
\n\tMinimum of 8+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing Management position with demonstrable line management experience, to be able to provide coaching to experienced product managers.
\n\tSolid understanding key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.<\/p>\n
