Key Responsibilities & Duties<\/p>\n
\tSupport the launch of Mogo\u2019s cash loans product from build to go-live and early operations.
\n\tWork with the Cash Loans Project Manager and other team members to turn launch plans into clear product and operational actions.
\n\tConduct market and competitor research to inform product design and launch decisions.
\n\tExecute and track cash loans launch activities, including support on ad hoc tasks.
\n\tSupport in defining and documenting product setup, including loan structures, pricing, customer journeys.
\n\tCoordinate as necessary with IT, legal, and operations teams to ensure readiness for launch.
\n\tSupport product testing, pilot launches, and post-launch fixes.
\n\tCoordinate with reporting teams to provide performance reporting and monitoring of the cash loans product.
\n\tTake increasing ownership of cash loans delivery over time, with potential progression toward a Cash Loans Project Manager role as the product matures.
\n\tWhat We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
\tMust have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field
\n\t2+ years\u2019 experience in fintech, digital lending, or financial services, ideally with cash loans.
\n\tExperience in a product manager role, ideally supporting or delivering product launches.
\n\tGood understanding of cash loan products, including pricing, repayment, and collections.
\n\tComfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
\n\tHighly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and ad hoc tasks.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tStrong analytical skills.<\/p>\n
