About the role:<\/p>\n
\tThe aftersales Intern will play a key part in assisting our partnership customers by handling inquiries, assisting with warranty claims, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support systems. He\/she will also be involved in data analysis, SOP documentation, and bot\/website development projects. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in customer service, operations, and cross-functional team work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
What you would be expected to do:<\/p>\n
\tProvide exceptional assistance to partnership customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
\n\tAssist with warranty claim processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of claims.
\n\tAssist in developing, maintaining, and updating the product support portal to enhance service quality.
\n\tAssist in creating troubleshooting manuals and training sessions.\u00a0
\n\tRecord and analyse data to identify trends, improve processes, and assist decision-making.
\n\tContribute to website and Bot development, updates, and improvements.
\n\tWork with cross-functional teams to assist various projects and initiatives.
\n\tMaintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and assistance activities.
\n\tContribution to SOP documentation.
\n\tAny other tasks assigned.<\/p>\n
You would be a strong candidate if you:<\/p>\n
\tHave relevant work experience
\n\tPossess a bachelor\u2019s degree or its equivalent is required.\u00a0
\n\tAre tech-savvy with a strong comprehension of customer assistance tools and technologies
\n\tHave the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders.
\n\tAre familiar with operational tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
\n\tPossess excellent customer management skills
\n\tAre an excellent communicator and have good people relations skills
\n\tDemonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
\n\tAre experienced with data recording and analysis.
\n\tHave the ability to work alone and as part of a team
\n\tAre proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.<\/p>\n
