\u00a0Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAs a Manager: Minimum 8 years; Senior Manager: 10+ years of relevant professional experience.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tStrong background in strategy consulting, international development, or complex advisory roles.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience working with multilateral and bilateral institutions, philanthropies, and\/or global development actors.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across\u00a0geographies.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience designing or supporting strategic initiatives, partnerships, or large-scale programs.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExposure to results-based financing, performance management, or impact measurement frameworks is highly desirable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaster\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Public Policy, Business, Development Studies, or related fields.<\/p>\n
