Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA).<\/p>\n
Reports to: Shop Team Leader\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Purpose<\/p>\n
To\u00a0market and sell Company products and services to all customers in a professional manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The role needs to adhere and function within the guidelines for finance controls, processes, and policies that encompass retail operations mandate.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGenerate Sales \u2013 as per Targets \u2013 for Airtime, Acquistions & Devices
\n\tMonitor Telkom\u2019s inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock daily
\n\tManage daily cash float and account for daily sales
\n\tSupport and implement the customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales<\/p>\n
Offer technical support to customers especially on configuration of data devices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications- Academic and Professional<\/p>\n
Diploma\/Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
At least 1 year experience in sales<\/p>\n
