Responsibilities<\/p>\n
IT Operation and Management:<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to Country IT Operations policies, processes, and guidelines
\n\tResolve up to Tier 2 Technical (endpoints, networks) incidents and service requests within SLAs
\n\tComply with endpoints (laptops and tablets) and network processes
\n\tSmooth execution of IT support exercises (endpoint maintenance, inventory data cleanup, performance testing, etc.)
\n\tMonitor CCTV & GPS systems<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver high-quality IT projects on time
\n\tIndependently define project scope, milestone(s), and timelines
\n\tFollow the Tech standard PMP<\/p>\n
Clearly define roles for project participants:<\/p>\n
\tTechnical leads from within IT Ops
\n\tDomain experts and business owners from customer departments.
\n\tVendors\/procurement<\/p>\n
