The Account Manager is responsible for portfolio health, customer satisfaction, and loan utilization post-disbursement. The role supports KYC verification, documentation readiness before disbursement, and owns the full repayment and churn prevention mandate.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConduct pre-disbursement KYC visits to validate customer and business information.
\n\tEnsure documentation completeness and seamless handover for disbursement.
\n\tServe as the primary point of contact for client engagement post-disbursement.
\n\tDrive repayment follow-up, arrears management, and collections discipline.
\n\tPrevent churn by maintaining active customer engagement and early risk detection.
\n\tDrive renewals, top-ups, and cross-sell opportunities across Avenews\u2019 products.
\n\tTrack utilization, repayment trends, and customer behavior to inform interventions.
\n\tGenerate accurate reports on portfolio status, risks, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Agribusiness, or related field.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in account management, credit operations, or SME financing.
\n\tStrong understanding of credit processes and CBK regulatory expectations.
\n\tProven track record in relationship management and collections.
\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
