Role Overview<\/p>\n
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Operations Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting daily operations, resolving escalations, and providing assistance to account managers to ensure smooth client servicing and issue resolution.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage the end-to-end visa onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and client applications are processed within the defined timelines.<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks and resolution of support tickets.
\n\tMonitor application progress and proactively address delays or issues in the onboarding process.
\n\tTrack and manage client escalations, ensuring they are resolved professionally and within the defined timelines.
\n\tDocument operational processes and identify areas for workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
\n\tIdentify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
\n\tPresent and explain the company\u2019s services to prospective clients and address their queries effectively.
\n\tManage incoming sales and support calls, providing assistance and addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in customer service, operations, or support functions (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
\n\tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
\n\tProficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, or ticketing systems is an advantage.<\/p>\n
