Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in English & Literature
\n\tAt least 6 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBE setting
\n\tStrong understanding of Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC\/CBE) implementation
\n\tExperience in teaching Science & Technology will be an added advantage
\n\tAbility to integrate technology into learning
\n\tDemonstrated ability to prepare learners for assessments and project-based learning
\n\tStrong classroom management and communication skills
\n\tRegistered with TSC<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver engaging and learner-centered English Lessons
\n\tDevelop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned to CBE
\n\tGuide learners in projects and practical activities
\n\tMonitor learner progress and provide timely feedback
\n\tParticipate in co-curricular and school development activities<\/p>\n
