{"id":94011,"date":"2026-04-09T08:02:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/human-resource-officer-15\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T08:03:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:03:14","slug":"human-resource-officer-15","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/kenya\/job\/human-resource-officer-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n<p>To provide efficient and effective human resource support services across the organization by implementing HR policies, managing employee data and payroll inputs, supporting talent management, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements to drive operational excellence.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tAdminister employee records, contracts, and HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel information in compliance with statutory and company requirements.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.<br \/>\n\tImplement HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.<br \/>\n\tSupport performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.<br \/>\n\tHandle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.<br \/>\n\tDevelop, implement, and monitor training and development programs by conducting training needs assessments, coordinating learning initiatives, facilitating or sourcing training delivery, and evaluating effectiveness to enhance employee competencies, compliance (including HSSEQ), and overall organizational performance.<br \/>\n\tSupport payroll administration by providing accurate employee data, leave records, and benefits information through HRMIS.<br \/>\n\tManage leave administration and employee welfare programs to ensure staff well-being and productivity.<br \/>\n\tAssist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, staff recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and other regulatory obligations.<br \/>\n\tProvide HR support to depot, transport, and distribution teams to ensure consistent HR service delivery across all operational locations.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and manage the organization\u2019s training framework, including annual training plans, budgets, learning policies, and partnerships with training providers to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>The incumbent must have proficient knowledge and qualifications in the following areas: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.<br \/>\n\tKCSE B+ and above.<br \/>\n\tProfessional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is an added advantage.<br \/>\n\tAt least 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in an Oil &amp;
