To help us do that, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to oversee and enhance the quality standards for\u00a0our team operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, calibrating, and improving agent performance, ensuring compliance with company\u00a0standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
\u00a0DUTIES\/ROLES<\/p>\n
\tPlan, perform and oversee audits on RTO processes to ensure the quality deliverable.\u00a0
\n\tAnalyze quality results and present possible solutions and improvements to the Hub Supervisor.\u00a0
\n\tInterpret and comply with company quality standards.
\n\tFollow the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data.\u00a0
\n\tDetect coaching needs and take actions in accordance with these needs to ensure compliance with quality standards\u00a0
\n\tProvide coaching inputs to the Supervisor and clients HQ in order to maximize agents\u2019 efficiency and quality.\u00a0
\n\tReport on the results of quality audits.\u00a0
\n\tAssist the OCC team when needed.
\n\tAny other task related to operations.<\/p>\n
You have:<\/p>\n
\tAttention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
\n\tProblem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a Customer service\/call center setup
\n\tAbility to lead and motivate a team.
\n\tStrong organizational and project management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tProficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s or equivalent<\/p>\n
