\nPosition Summary<\/p>\n
The Executive Assistant \/ Company Representative will support management in both business and operational matters in Kenya. The role includes administrative coordination, translation and communication support, market research, local representation, and follow-up on tasks involving employees, contractors, partners, and authorities.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment, respond quickly, handle multiple priorities, and take initiative in resolving issues independently.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRepresent the company in meetings, negotiations, and local business interactions
\n\tAccompany management during visits and meetings, providing interpretation and communication support in Russian, English, and Swahili
\n\tHandle administrative and organizational matters, including support with documentation, registrations, permits, contractor search, and office or warehouse arrangements
\n\tConduct market intelligence, collect business information, identify potential partners, and assist with checking local counterparties
\n\tProvide operational support to management, including logistics, visit coordination, and execution of business and personal assignments
\n\tMonitor the implementation of tasks by local staff, contractors, and service providers
\n\tAct as a reliable local point of contact for the company in Kenya<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tFluent RUSSIAN is required
\n\tA degree from a\u00a0RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY is required
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree or higher
\n\tExcellent command of English and Swahili is required
\n\tStrong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
\n\tAbility to take initiative and resolve issues in a practical and persistent manner
\n\tWillingness to personally follow up on matters with government offices, service providers, and other local stakeholders when necessary
\n\tGood understanding of how administrative and business processes work in Kenya
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and access to a car will be an advantage
\n\tWillingness to travel actively within Nairobi and other regions when required
\n\tHigh level of honesty, responsiveness, stress tolerance, and ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment<\/p>\n
