Manage email sequences, track performance, and align weekly with Customer Success.<br \/>\n\tEvents &amp; Campaigns:\u00a0Produce and support marketing for expos and trade shows, including pre- and post-event promotion and all required collateral.<br \/>\n\tTraditional &amp; Digital Channels:\u00a0Oversee radio, billboard, and website performance, including basic SEO, analytics tracking, and lead capture optimisation.<br \/>\n\tBrand &amp; Asset Management:\u00a0Maintain brand consistency across all outputs, manage asset libraries, and support internal design needs.<br \/>\n\tPR &amp; External Visibility:\u00a0Manage media relationships, pitch stories, and support employer branding, investor content, and company visibility initiatives.<br \/>\n\tCross-functional Execution:\u00a0Work closely with commercial, customer success, finance, and country teams to ensure marketing supports business growth across markets.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field<br \/>\n\t3+ years in digital marketing, including at least 1 year managing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads required, Google Ads preferred)<br \/>\n\tExperience in B2B marketing (agritech, renewable energy, FMCG, fintech, or NGO\/development); agricultural experience is a plus but not required<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Meta Business Suite (with verifiable ROAS), Google Ads Manager, Canva Pro, CapCut or Adobe Premiere, Mailchimp or equivalent, and Google Analytics<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with Intercom (preferred) and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude<br \/>\n\tMust own a personal laptop, be willing to travel for field content capture, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>synnefa.breezy.hr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/synnefa.breezy.hr","_company_name":"Synnefa","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are a team of passionate minds working together to create lasting solutions to challenges faced by farmers.
