We are seeking to recruit a proactive and driven Actuarial Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will support departmental initiatives and day-to-day operations, as they gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship and guidance from our experienced professionals.<\/p>\n
Key Duties\u00a0and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport in a range of technical assignments.
\n\tAssist in preparation of client reports and presentations.
\n\tSupport client engagement and communication as required.
\n\tProvide administrative support to the actuarial team as needed.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to support execution of strategies.
\n\tConduct research work and assist in thought leadership initiatives.
\n\tMaintain knowledge of current industry developments such as regulations, trends and practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
\n\tA qualification, or ongoing pursuit of a qualification such as\u00a0IFoA,\u00a0SOA, CIFA, CFA\u00a0or equivalent (desired but not mandatory).
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\n\tStrong communication, organizational and time management skills.
\n\tCommitment to professional values and integrity, self driven, adaptable, willingness to learn, attention to detail, initiative, and ownership of work.<\/p>\n
