Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead Change Management:<\/p>\n
\tConvert team strategy into action by leading change management efforts for internal initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to rapidly roll out and embed improvements into our day-to-day work<\/p>\n
Projects Champion:<\/p>\n
\tTake overall ownership of key recruitment projects, providing active oversight and ensuring stakeholders remain accountable to timelines and outcomes.
\n\tLead high-priority initiatives from the initial conceptual stage through to completion, ensuring all results are integrated into the team’s operational workflows.<\/p>\n
Recruitment Operations Leadership:<\/p>\n
\tLead the Recruitment Operations team with a mandate to not just maintain existing workflows, but to actively improve and modernize them to release as much recruiter bandwidth to core hiring work.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement:<\/p>\n
\tCo-own the recruitment process optimization workstream to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.<\/p>\n
The \u201cSweeper\u201d role:<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary owner for fixing broken processes and resolving non-routine requests to keep the recruitment engine running smoothly.<\/p>\n
Pipeline Management:<\/p>\n
\tDirectly manage a limited number of recruitment pipelines to maintain a grounded, practical understanding of core work, using those insights to influence broader operational strategy.<\/p>\n
Tech Stack Management:<\/p>\n
\tOptimize tech spend by efficiently managing existing contracts and streamlining the onboarding\/offboarding of products. Identify and implement innovative cost-saving measures to ensure a lean, high-performing tech stack.<\/p>\n

\t3+ years of experience in a project management or operations role.
\n\tExperience in leading change management initiatives.
\n\tAbility to analyze data and provide recommendations.
\n\tExperience leading teams of 3-5 staff.
\n\tExperience working with a diverse culture and different stakeholders.<\/p>\n
