Program Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the day-to-day implementation of high-impact partnerships and agreements supporting restoration, enabling conditions (e.g., policy, finance, governance, and institutional strengthening).<br \/>\n\tTrack deliverables, timelines, and milestones, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.<br \/>\n\tMaintain strong working relationships with partners and proactively address challenges and bottlenecks.<br \/>\n\tSupport the development and onboarding of new collaborations, as relevant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Coordination of Core Workstreams<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate delivery of key program workstreams, including enabling conditions diagnostics, policy, and financing support,capacity building, and tools that strengthen restoration planning and investment readiness.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment, consistency, and quality across partners and countries with a focus on addressing systemic barriers to<br \/>\n\trestoration at national and subnational levels.<br \/>\n\tWork collaboratively to resolve implementation challenges in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.<\/p>\n<p>Regional Dialogues, Knowledge &amp; Capacity Building<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the coordination and facilitation of regional dialogues on restoration enabling conditions, focused on identifying and addressing key policy, financial, and institutional barriers, ensuring strong participation from countries and partners involved in the Ecosystem Restoration Integrated Program (ERIP).<br \/>\n\tWork closely with partners to translate diagnostic findings into meaningful discussions on key challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities.<br \/>\n\tSupport the consolidation and synthesis of insights emerging from diagnostics and dialogues.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the development of knowledge products, briefs, and presentations, helping translate technical outputs into actionable insights.<br \/>\n\tSupport delivery of capacity-building activities and multistakeholder engagement processes.<br \/>\n\tHelp identify opportunities to amplify learning through relevant regional and global networks.<\/p>\n<p>External Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresent the program in technical discussions, workshops, and global events, including on topics related to restoration enabling conditions, policy, and finance, as appropriate and in coordination with the Senior Director<br \/>\n\tEnsure external engagement and messaging are aligned with internal teams and organizational positioning.<br \/>\n\tSupport the dissemination of program learnings, including through country partners and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoring, Evaluation &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport tracking of progress against indicators and targets related to strengthening enabling conditions for restoration in collaboration with the M&amp;E team.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely collection of inputs from partners.<br \/>\n\tContribute to high-quality program reporting and documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Internal Coordination &amp; Team Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tWork closely with the Senior Director and broader team to ensure alignment across workstreams.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate effectively across internal teams and partners.<br \/>\n\tContribute to a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge Exchange &amp; Global Convenings<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport the planning and delivery of global knowledge exchange activities, focused on advancing restoration enabling conditions across countries and partners, including major program events and convenings.<br \/>\n\tContribute to both content and logistics, ensuring smooth and high-quality execution.<br \/>\n\tTake a proactive, hands-on approach to support key program moments as part of a small, global team.<\/p>\n<p>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>WORKING CONDITIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tAbility to work across multiple time zones in a highly collaborative, global team environment.<br \/>\n\tUp to 25\u201330% international travel, including participation in global and regional meetings, workshops, and conferences.<br \/>\n\tOccasional requirement to support in-person events and global convenings, which may involve extended hours and hands-on coordination.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic program environment.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work flexible and extended work hours to meet project deadlines.<br \/>\n\tGuidance on flexible work arrangements will be shared during the interview process.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Required<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in environmental policy, international development, natural resource management, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management, partnerships, or policy-related roles in the environment, climate, or development sectors.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience supporting multi-partner initiatives involving international organizations (e.g., governments, NGOs, UN agencies).<br \/>\n\tStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.<br \/>\n\tExperience coordinating or facilitating multi-stakeholder processes, including workshops, dialogues, or regional exchanges, particularly on policy, planning, or financing topics.<br \/>\n\tAbility to synthesize technical information and discussions into clear insights, including identifying key messages, trends, and opportunities with relevance to enabling conditions for restoration (e.g., policy, finance, governance).<br \/>\n\tProven ability to work effectively across teams and institutions with diplomacy, sound judgment, and cultural awareness.<br \/>\n\tExperience engaging with government stakeholders and diverse partners in a global context.<br \/>\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.<br \/>\n\tHigh level of organization and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability and willingness to contribute to both strategic and operational aspects of program delivery, including supporting complex events and convenings.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience working on enabling conditions for ecosystem restoration, natural resource management, or climate action, such as policy frameworks, financing mechanisms, institutional strengthening, or governance processes<br \/>\n\tFluency in English (written and spoken).<br \/>\n\tProfessional proficiency in French or Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n<p>phh.tbe.taleo.net<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/phh.tbe.taleo.net","_company_name":"Conservation International","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.conservation.org\/","_company_tagline":"Conservation International is an American nonprofit environmental organization headquartered in Arlington, Virginia.
