Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain long-term partnerships with Key Accounts (KA).
\n\tDrive sales growth and achieve regional targets.
\n\tDevelop and implement KA sales strategies.
\n\tExecute product, marketing, and cooperation initiatives; lead contract and pricing negotiations.
\n\tCoordinate internally across departments to support KA partnerships.
\n\tMonitor competitor activities and market trends; optimise and innovate solutions.
\n\tSupport marketing events, product roadshows, and promotional activities.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years\u2019 sales experience in the\u00a0IVD medical industry.
\n\tExcellent communication skills; strong English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tAbility to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
\n\tWillingness to travel locally and internationally for short-term business trips.<\/p>\n
