To ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the organization by coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements, while supporting operational needs and organizational objectives.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tLead procurement sourcing based on consolidated procurement plans.
\n\tEnsure procurement of high- quality supplies for the company.
\n\tSource suppliers and maintain supplier database\/ reviews.
\n\tMonitor market trends and industry developments for analysis and better procurement decisions.
\n\tManage Tenders and RFQS and conduct comparative bid analysis.
\n\tMonitor and manage inventory levels.
\n\tManage supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms.
\n\tCoordinate and consolidate procurement requirements across the company to enhance purchase planning and forecasting.
\n\tManage supplier performance by conducting periodic assessments.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Supply chain\/ Procurement or related fields.
\n\tCIPS\/ CPSP certification.
\n\tThorough knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
\n\tProficiency in report writing.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t\u200bMinimum of 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics in the Oil and Gas Industry.
\n\tDemonstrated experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract management, and inventory coordination, preferably supporting multi-site operations such as depots, retail stations, or distribution networks.
\n\tExperience working with ERP systems and procurement tools, with strong analytical skills in spend analysis, reporting, and cost optimization.<\/p>\n
