Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTelecom & Broadband Partnerships
\n\tBuild partnerships with telecom operators and broadband companies and other Nairobi internet providers.
\n\tExplore opportunities for device + data bundle offers with telecom partners.
\n\tDevelop relationships with telecom sales partners, distributors, and retail outlets.
\n\tField Sales & Society Outreach
\n\tIdentify residential societies, apartment complexes, and office clusters for direct sales campaigns.
\n\tOrganize on-ground promotions using pamphlets and promotional materials showcasing our client refurbished smartphones.
\n\tEngage with residents, office employees, and local communities to generate demand for our devices.
\n\tBuild a local sales pipeline from society activations and community engagement.
\n\tLocal Distribution & Partnerships
\n\tBuild relationships with local resellers, mobile shops, and small retailers.
\n\tExpand our client presence through community-based distribution channels.
\n\tIdentify local organizations or employers where bulk device sales may be possible.
\n\tSales Performance & Reporting
\n\tTrack leads generated through partnerships and field activities.
\n\tMonitor conversion rates from outreach campaigns and society promotions.
\n\tProvide weekly reports on sales pipeline, partnerships, and field performance.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirement:<\/p>\n
\t5\u20138+ years\u2019 experience in sales, telecom partnerships, or field sales.
\n\tStrong network within telecom, broadband, or consumer electronics ecosystem in Kenya.
\n\tExperience managing on-ground marketing campaigns or field sales teams.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n\tExperience working with telecom operators.
\n\tBackground in mobile phones, telecom distribution, or consumer electronics.
\n\tExperience managing community outreach or door-to-door campaigns.<\/p>\n
