What you will do\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLine management for Core Competence Specialists
\n\tMember of the Country Management Group (CMG)
\n\tCompliance with and adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures
\n\tProvide programme input to Country Strategy and Plan of Action\u00a0
\n\tDevelopment of Core Competency strategies that are aligned to regional and global priorities & strategies
\n\tDevelopment of holistic and needs based programmes, including cash-based interventions and marked based programmes
\n\tIdentify funding opportunities, develop funding strategies and forecasts\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0What you will bring\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure strategic programme development in the country in line with the region and global programme initiatives.\u00a0
\n\tOverseeing specific advances in NRC\u2019s Innovation, Protection, Markets and Digital programming, through an increasingly localized and networked approach
\n\tContribute to expanding the use of Cash Based Programmes and increasing use of technology as a way of increasing efficiency of the programmes in liaison with partners.
\n\tContribute to strengthening accountability to beneficiaries through improving M&E systems, the establishment of beneficiary feedback and complaints mechanisms and improved needs assessments for evidence-based programming with partners
\n\tFacilitate initiatives for integrated programme analysis and response analysis,\u00a0including the integration of relevant cross-cutting issues such as protection, safe programming and access
\n\tOversee Project Cycle Management (PCM), through field support missions and partners.\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with Area managers to explore and create synergies and ensure effective and constructive communication between the CO, AO and partners.<\/p>\n
