\tProvide technical support for Digital loans, Internet Banking, Mobile banking, C2B, IMTS Card\/Agency payments \/ecommerce and implementation of related projects.
\n\tDelivering business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes.
\n\tWork closely with IT Security to ensure that the Digital Channels services are well secured and in implementing SSL and other encryption certificates for ensuring robust and secure Digital Channels services
\n\tEnsure System uptime and availability and ticket system closure within SLA
\n\tRoll out of business solutions, ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes, and provide processes and training to the users.
\n\tRecommend and implement upgrades or changes to the Digital Channels solutions for performance, security or business benefits
\n\tProvide first & Second level IT training and support to users in addition to keeping track of user issues and overseeing their prompt resolution and develop expert knowledge base within channels.
\n\tContinuously analyze user requirements to develop and provide solutions to enhance and stabilize channels systems.
\n\tMaintain and manage up to date system configurations and user documentation, also conduct Business Continuity plans for Digital channel.
\n\tEnsure compliance of SLAs with system vendors and other internal stakeholders.ie Audit<\/p>\n

\tA\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in an IT-related field\u00a0(Required)
\n\tProfessional certifications in:<\/p>\n
\t\tOracle Database Administration\u00a0(Advantageous)
\n\t\tUnix\/Linux Operating Systems\u00a0(Essential)
\n\t\tCloud Technologies\u00a0(Advantageous)
\n\t\tITIL Framework\u00a0(Essential)<\/p>\n
\u00a0Your Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least\u00a03 years of hands-on experience\u00a0in IT<\/p>\n
