The Innovation Intern will provide analytical, research, and operational support to the innovation team. This role offers hands-on exposure to product development, market research, and innovation initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tResearch & Market Analysis\u00a0
\n\tConduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scanning.\u00a0
\n\tSupport customer insights, surveys, and data collection activities.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in preparation of research summaries and insights.\u00a0
\n\tInnovation Project Support\u00a0
\n\tAssist with project documentation, trackers, and reporting.\u00a0
\n\tSupport coordination of meetings, workshops, and partner engagements.\u00a0
\n\tHelp prepare presentations, concept notes, and proposals.\u00a0
\n\tProduct & Pilot Support\u00a0
\n\tAssist in testing, feedback collection, and performance monitoring.\u00a0
\n\tSupport preparation of product briefs and evaluation reports.\u00a0
\n\tData & Reporting Support\u00a0
\n\tAssist in compiling dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.\u00a0
\n\tSupport impact measurement and project analytics.\u00a0
\n\tInnovation Knowledge & Documentation\u00a0
\n\tSupport maintenance of innovation documentation and learning repositories.\u00a0
\n\tAssist in organizing innovation materials, reports, and templates.<\/p>\n
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree (or final year) in Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Finance, Project Management, or related field.\u00a0
\n\tStrong analytical and research skills.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\u00a0
\n\tInterest in insurance, financial inclusion, sustainability, or innovation.<\/p>\n
