Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide overall medical leadership and oversight of clinical departments.
\n\tLead quality assurance, clinical governance, clinical audits and continuous improvement programs.
\n\tOversee daily clinical operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
\n\tEnsure regulatory compliance and support hospital accreditation requirements.
\n\tManage clinical costs and support identification of service expansion opportunities.
\n\tLead mentorship, supervision, and development of medical staff.
\n\tDevelop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, SOPs and performance metrics.
\n\tOversee clinical documentation standards and ensure accurate, timely medical records management
\n\tSupport hospital strategic planning and clinical service development.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
\n\tValid KMPDC registration and practicing license
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
\n\tTraining in healthcare management, Public Health or MBA is an added advantage<\/p>\n
