Key responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for ATM\/kiosk-related initiatives.
\n\tTranslate PRDs into well-structured epics, user stories, and tasks with clear requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing.
\n\tOwn and manage the product backlog for ATM\/kiosk-related features, ensuring priorities align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
\n\tServe as the primary point of clarification for engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle and drive end-to-end software delivery.
\n\tPartner closely with engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance, business, customer support, and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.
\n\tCoordinate with engineering teams to plan and schedule releases and create and maintain accurate release notes.
\n\tCommunicate release scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
\n\tProvide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
\n\tCollaborate with product managers across other product lines to support cross-product feature development and alignment.
\n\tSupport production rollouts, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.<\/p>\n
Competencies<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 2+ years\u2019 experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role.
\n\tStrong experience working with Agile\/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.
\n\tAbility to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
\n\tExperience working with engineering teams on complex, technical systems.
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, & strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\n\tBasic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies (nice to have).
\n\tPassion for fintech and cryptocurrency products (nice to have).<\/p>\n
