THE ROLE
\nAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving life insurance and investment product sales, building and managing a high-performing team of financial advisors, and growing our HNWI client portfolio. This is a senior field leadership role for someone who is ready to take their career \u2014 and their earnings \u2014 to the next level.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tRecruit, train, coach, and manage a team of Financial Advisors to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
\n\tPersonally prospect and close High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients for life insurance and investment products
\n\tDrive uptake of Pioneer’s flagship products including the Mavuno Investment Plan, Pioneer Scholar Education Policy, and Suluhu Mkononi
\n\tDevelop and execute monthly and quarterly business acquisition strategies
\n\tManage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring high retention and cross-selling
\n\tProvide regular performance reporting to Branch Management
\n\tRepresent Pioneer Insurance professionally at corporate, community, and networking events<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1 year experience as a Unit Manager or Sales Manager in a licensed insurance company in Kenya
\n\tProven track record of personal sales performance and team leadership
\n\tStrong understanding of life insurance and investment products
\n\tCurrently holds or is actively working toward COP (Certificate of Proficiency) certification \u2014 IRA Kenya
\n\tBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
\n\tStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
\n\tSelf-driven with the ability to work independently and under targets<\/p>\n

\n\tAn existing client portfolio you can bring to the branch
\n\tDemonstrated experience in HNWI business development or management
\n\tKnowledge of investment management, wealth planning, or financial advisory
\n\tExperience working in Upperhill, Westlands, Karen, or Muthaiga market corridors
\n\tActive COP certification already in place<\/p>\n
