Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n\tDrive growth in nonsubscription revenue to enhance financial sustainability.
\n\tStrategic Partnerships
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
\n\tBuilt environment firms
\n\tDevelopers and contractors
\n\tProduct manufacturers and suppliers
\n\tFinancial institutions
\n\tGovernment agencies and regulators
\n\tStructure and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, MoUs, and agreements.
\n\tEvent & Program Commercialization
\n\tSecure sponsors and exhibitors for major events, including conventions, expos, and biennales.
\n\tDevelop partnership tiers and value propositions.
\n\tEnsure strong return on investment (ROI) for sponsors to drive longterm engagement and renewals.
\n\tCorporate & Institutional Engagement
\n\tPosition the organization as a trusted industry authority within the built environment.
\n\tEstablish collaborations with universities, government institutions, and industry bodies.
\n\tExplore regional and PanAfrican partnership opportunities.
\n\tMember Value Expansion
\n\tDevelop partnerships that provide exclusive benefits and discounts to members.
\n\tIdentify and implement initiatives that enhance member retention and acquisition.
\n\tSupport programs aimed at increasing membership growth and engagement.
\n\tMarket Intelligence & Strategy
\n\tMonitor trends in construction, real estate, sustainability, and urban development.
\n\tIdentify emerging opportunities in areas such as green building, affordable housing, and technology integration.
\n\tProvide strategic insights to leadership to support decisionmaking and positioning.
\n\tReporting & Performance Tracking
\n\tTrack and analyze revenue from sponsorships and partnerships.
\n\tPrepare performance and growth reports for senior leadership and governing bodies.
\n\tDevelop and monitor annual business development targets aligned with organizational strategy.
\n\tBrand Positioning & Visibility
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
\n\tProven experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue generation roles.
\n\tStrong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n\tExcellent communication and presentation abilities.
\n\tStrategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
