Core Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute short- and long-term business strategies

\n\tOversee the full event lifecycle, ensuring excellence in planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.\u00a0
\n\tEstablish and enhance SOPs, internal systems, and operational controls.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure consistent delivery of projects within set quality standards, timelines, and budgets.\u00a0
\n\tManage relationships with vendors, suppliers, venues, and key stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Culture<\/p>\n
\tLead, mentor, and develop internal teams. \u00a0
\n\tBuild a high-performing, accountable, and innovative organizational culture.\u00a0
\n\tOversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.\u00a0
\n\tAct as the key decision-maker in daily operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Financial & Commercial Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.\u00a0
\n\tDrive revenue growth through new client acquisition, partnerships, and service offerings.\u00a0

\n\tWork closely with finance teams and auditors.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Brand Management<\/p>\n
\tRepresent the organization to key clients, partners, and sponsors.\u00a0
\n\tStrengthen brand positioning and enhance market reputation.\u00a0
\n\tLead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Governance & Transition<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the Board and Founders on governance matters and reporting.\u00a0
\n\tSupport long-term sustainability and organizational readiness for growth.

\u00a0 Job Specifications and Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field\u00a0
\n\tMaster\u2019s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 6 years\u2019 professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role\u00a0
\n\tProven experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or creative industries\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated success in scaling operations and managing complex, high-profile events\u00a0
\n\tExperience managing budgets, teams, and high-value clients<\/p>\n
