\n\tEnsure all construction and development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while effectively managing risks and coordinating stakeholders.\u00a0

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, BusinessAdministration (MBA is an added advantage)\u00a0
\n\t7 years\u2019 experience in real estate, property, or construction\u00a0
\n\tMUST be a registered member of Estate Agents Registration Board.
\n\tProven success in sales leadership and revenue growth \u00a0
\n\tStrong people management and team leadership skills \u00a0
\n\tExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management \u00a0
\n\tSolid financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI)<\/p>\n
