Keep Our Operations Running<\/p>\n
The Academy\u2019s stores are its operational backbone. We seek a meticulous and proactive\u00a0Stores Officer\u00a0to take full ownership of inventory management \u2013 from receipt to issuance, from policy to system accuracy and reporting. You will ensure that every item, whether food, learning materials, student supplies, tools of work or spare parts, is available when needed, without loss or delay.<\/p>\n
What You Will Do<\/p>\n
\tOversee all store categories (Receiving store, Maintenance store, Stationery store, Farm store, Clinic, Uniform Laboratory and Paints store)\u00a0
\n\tManage product creation and stock receipt in Sage X3 within strict SLAs.
\n\tConduct monthly reconciliations and maintain \u226598% inventory accuracy.
\n\tLead annual and ad-hoc stock takes; initiate disposals per policy.
\n\tSupervise Stores Assistants and support user departments (boarding, sales, etc.).<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
\tEducation:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0 Supply Chain,\u00a0Stores\/inventory management\u00a0or an equivalent field.\u00a0
\n\tExperience:\u00a0Proven 5 years of experience as a Stores Supervisor or Store officer leading a team.
\n\tERP Skills:\u00a0Advanced Sage X3 (or similar) experience \u2013 is added advantage,\u00a0Strong organizational and record-keeping skills,
\n\tCompetencies:\u00a0Inventory expertise, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ethical standards, problem-solving, and a service mindset.
\n\tDesirable:\u00a0Experience in a learning institution.<\/p>\n
