Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide professional nursing services including the evaluation, care, and treatment of patients in the BOSC Clinic, ensuring high-quality healthcare.
\n\tAdminister medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with medical protocols and physicians\u2019 guidance.
\n\tConduct health assessments, including measuring vital signs, collecting patient history, and assisting in patient care plans.
\n\tCollaborate with physicians and medical professionals to support patient diagnosis and implement clinical care plans effectively.
\n\tProvide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic and acute illnesses or injuries.
\n\tPrepare and assist in medical procedures and examinations performed at the clinic, ensuring proper documentation and patient safety.
\n\tMonitor patient progress, evaluate care effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
\n\tAssist in patient emergency care as required, including immediate first aid and basic life-saving procedures.
\n\tEnsure patient and medical records are updated accurately and in compliance with medical regulations and healthcare standard practices.
\n\tSupport public health programs and initiatives to ensure the health and safety of the workforce and community.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tAssociate or bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing.
\n\tCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in accordance with U.S. licensing standards.
\n\t1-3 years of relevant nursing experience, including acute care, emergency response, or clinic operations.
\n\tKnowledge of professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques in healthcare.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
\n\tCertified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
\n\tMust be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
\n\tPassport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
\n\tAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.
\n\tMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials\/authorization.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tPrior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce is preferred.
\n\tValid country driver\u2019s license and passport.
\n\tCountry visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
\n\tExperience working as a Registered Nurse in a military medical or clinic setting.
\n\tFamiliarity with military medical documentation systems and protocols.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations, including handling medical emergencies.
\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple patient cases effectively.<\/p>\n
