This role is primarily based with field investigations, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, demonstrate composure, and lead our guarding force with professionalism.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Chief Security Officer in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
\n\tMonitor security registers, lobby, parking bays, and outlets for compliance.
\n\tCoordinate surveillance of suspicious individuals and act within the law.
\n\tPerform spot checks across entrances, floors, storage areas, public spaces, and offices.
\n\tMonitor alarm and CCTV systems; ensure daily updates and proper records.
\n\tMaintain accurate lost-and-found property records.
\n\tComplete security checklists at the end of each shift.<\/p>\n
Requirements Personality Traits:<\/p>\n
\tTrustworthy, confident, and able to inspire respect.
\n\tSupervisory Skills: Composed, competent, and effective in managing a guarding force. Diploma\/Degree in Security Management or related field. Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Must hold a valid Driver\u2019s License and be able to drive staff safely at night.<\/p>\n
