The role ensures accurate organizational structures, develops job descriptions for new roles, and partners with leadership to build a future-ready workforce while delivering an excellent candidate and onboarding experience.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Department Heads to forecast and plan talent needs.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles.<br \/>\n\tEnhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.<\/p>\n<p>Employer Branding &amp; Partnerships<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain relationships with academic institutions and professional bodies.<br \/>\n\tPosition the organization as an Employer of Choice through strategic partnerships.<br \/>\n\tDrive internship programs as a sustainable talent pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>Organizational Development &amp; Structure<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and review job descriptions for all new roles with proper approvals.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update an accurate, real-time organizational structure and organogram.<br \/>\n\tAudit and align structural changes to ensure governance and approval compliance.<br \/>\n\tSupport OD initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding &amp; Employee Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee end-to-end onboarding processes (digital and physical).<br \/>\n\tEnsure all new hires complete mandatory induction within required timelines.<br \/>\n\tDeliver a high-quality induction experience that drives early productivity and engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Process Optimization &amp; Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tOptimize recruitment processes and sourcing channels for efficiency.<br \/>\n\tManage and monitor recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tTrack and improve key recruitment metrics such as cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.<br \/>\n\tLeverage technology (including GenAI tools) to improve JD creation and talent mapping.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Education &amp; Professional Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tProfessional HR certification is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Human Resources.<br \/>\n\tAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in Talent Acquisition and\/or HR Business Partnering\/Organization Development roles.<\/p>\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).<br \/>\n\tExperience with data analysis and visualization tools.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Core Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation and influencing skills.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical thinking and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<br \/>\n\tCreativity and innovation in problem-solving.<br \/>\n\tStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Use the link(s) below to apply on company website. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apply Through:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Priority Activator Consulting","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"PAC Advisors is a leading advisory firm with a wealth of experience and expertise in supporting African SMEs and Corporate Institutions.
