About the role:<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue across all products and transaction flows. In this role, you will analyze billing and transaction data, investigate complex revenue discrepancies, and reinforce controls that safeguard revenue.\u00a0
\n\tYou will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and partners to identify potential revenue leakage, optimize reconciliation processes, and deliver reliable revenue reporting.

Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOversight of the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and complete revenue capture across all products and services.<\/p>\n
Monitor revenue and transaction datasets to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential revenue leakage risks.<\/p>\n
\tInvestigate complex revenue discrepancies, failed transactions, refunds, and reconciliation breaks, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
\n\tOwn end-to-end revenue reconciliations across billing systems, transaction platforms, financial systems, and partner data feeds.
\n\tAnalyze customer churn trends and revenue performance, providing insights on revenue impact and operational risk areas.
\n\tSupport and validate UAT and SIT testing to ensure correct implementation of billing rules, revenue logic, and reconciliation controls prior to system releases.
\n\tPartner with Data and Analytics teams to enhance revenue monitoring dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visibility.
\n\tProvide regular Revenue Assurance reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
\n\tMaintain robust documentation, controls, and audit-ready evidence supporting operational reviews and financial audits.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to strengthen revenue controls, improve data quality, and enhance operational efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
\n\t5+ years in Revenue Assurance, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Data Operations, with strong exposure to billing systems, transaction platforms, financial reconciliations, and partner integrations.\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in SQL, and Python for data validation and analysis.\u00a0

\n\tStrong understanding of revenue flows, billing processes, reconciliations, and financial data controls.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Experience in fintech, payments, telecom, or other high-volume transaction environments is highly desirable.Exposure to complex revenue ecosystems, partner integrations, or high-volume data pipelines.<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with financial audits, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting.<\/p>\n

\n\tExperience with BI tools such as Tableau is an added advantage

\n\tBuilds strong cross-functional relationships and influences stakeholders across Finance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
