\tPrepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.\u00a0
\n\tValidate data for accuracy and consistency before sharing.\u00a0
\n\tHighlight key trends and support the team with performance insights.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Incentives & Bonus Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and verify bonus calculations.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain clarity on bonus structures and updates.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate with Commercial Systems Manager, and HR to support smooth approvals and payouts.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Commercial Process Support\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage pricing updates and sales data requests.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain SOPs for key commercial processes.\u00a0
\n\tFlag any process gaps or data inconsistencies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Data Quality\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tClean and reconcile data across systems.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor data accuracy and coordinate resolution where needed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport internal and external stakeholders as needed.\u00a0
\n\tCommunicate clearly and respond within agreed timelines.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
\n\t4\u20135 years\u2019 experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, sales reporting, or operations analytics.
\n\tProven experience in preparing accurate commercial and sales reports.
\n\tExperience managing incentive, commission, or bonus calculations.
\n\tAdvanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups).
\n\tExperience working with ERP, CRM, or commercial reporting systems.
\n\tKnowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
