Job Purpose<\/p>\n
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPromote and sell corrugated packaging products (cartons, boxes, custom packaging solutions)
\n\tManage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets
\n\tPrepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts
\n\tConduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities
\n\tLiaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
\n\tMonitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
\n\tPrepare weekly\/monthly sales reports and forecasts
\n\tIdentify and develop new clients<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tProfessional certification is an added advantage
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in corrugated packaging\/cartons or related B2B sales
\n\tDemonstrated high levels of performance in a field sales environment.<\/p>\n

\tA comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing cycle
\n\tProficiency in MS Office, and ERP\/CRM systems
\n\tExcellent persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.
\n\tExcellent Customer Service, Customer Relationship and interpersonal Skills
\n\tEffective planning and organization skills<\/p>\n
