Principle Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tPresent, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
\n\tEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
\n\tReach out to customer leads through cold calling and continuously improve through feedback.
\n\tExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
\n\tDeliver the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
\n\tCoordinate sales effort\/activations with team members and other departments
\n\tAnalyze the territory\/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
\n\tSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
\n\tKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
\n\tAny other duties as may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma from a reputable institution. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent will be of an added advantage.
\n\tCertificate of proficiency in Insurance (COP) – Mandatory.
\n\tACII or AllK or progress towards the same will be an added advantage.
\n\tSix months sales experience.<\/p>\n
