JOB PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
The Card Services Technical Lead is responsible for implementing all Card Services by integrating channels to the Way4 Switch. This includes managing a team of engineers to build scalable RESTful APIs, application logic, and integrations with internal and external systems to deliver efficient card services to customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tDesign and implement card management solutions and services\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and implement APIs and microservices for banking system integration\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with PCI\/DSS standards\u00a0
\n\tMaintain high system availability, security, and performance\u00a0
\n\tDesign scalable and reliable components for current and future needs\u00a0
\n\tWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code in .NET\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain RESTful APIs in C#\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests\u00a0
\n\tTroubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure system stability\u00a0
\n\tManage deployment processes and support production releases\u00a0
\n\tMonitor system performance and proactively resolve issues\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with frontend and mobile app developers on API specifications\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and Azure DevOps task breakdowns\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB\u00a0
\n\tStrong system design and microservices architecture skills\u00a0
\n\tExperience with Kafka, gRPC, and API management\u00a0
\n\tAgile mindset, strong communication, and collaboration skills\u00a0<\/p>\n
