\n\tSupervise HR Managers to implement HR programs and policies, tailoring them to local needs.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tOversee and collaborate with HR Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across assigned country\u00a0Programs.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tLead annual compensation and equity review processes for Africa ensuring fairness and alignment with global\u00a0standards.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAdvise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and risk\u00a0mitigation.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist on strategies for mid-to-senior level and critical roles while adhering to workforce plans.\u00a0

What You\u2019ll Bring:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree and a minimum of 8 years Human Resources Management work experience as a HR Generalist.\u00a0
\n\tExperience building consultative relationships with staff at all levels, including ability to influence at the leadership level.\u00a0
\n\tHR certification preferred (such as AIHR, CHRP, PHR,\u00a0SHRM-CP).\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience supervising and leading HR staff.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tCustomer Service experience and experience dealing effectively and sensitively with all levels of staff and HR service providers.\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.\u00a0
\n\tExperience coordinating and leading projects.\u00a0
\n\tExperience responding to complex HR related questions, problems and data information requests from\u00a0employees\/management.\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR related guidelines and business processes<\/p>\n
