To develop, implement, and manage the Bank\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and initiatives\u00a0 in alignment with the organization\u2019s values, ESG framework, and strategic pillars. The role ensures\u00a0 impact community engagement, strong stakeholder relationships, measurable outcomes, and positive\u00a0 brand visibility.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
CSR Strategy & Program Implementation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSupport development and execution of the Bank\u2019s CSR strategy aligned to key pillars (e.g., sports,\u00a0 environment, child nutrition, women empowerment).\u00a0
\n\tPlan and manage CSR initiatives, partnerships, sponsorship\u2019s, and community programs.\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Ensure initiatives align with brand positioning and corporate objectives.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop annual CSR calendars and budgets.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Partnership Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and evaluate potential NGO, community, and institutional partners.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with beneficiaries and partners.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate internal stakeholder engagement across branches and departments.\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Represent the Bank at CSR events and community engagements.\u00a0<\/p>\n
3Budget & Financial Oversight\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and manage CSR budgets.\u00a0
\n\tTrack expenditure and ensure optimal allocation of resources.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure proper documentation and accountability of funds.<\/p>\n
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop KPIs to measure CSR impact (beneficiaries reached, media coverage, brand lift, ESG\u00a0 metrics).\u00a0
\n\tPrepare impact reports and summaries.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain proper documentation, case studies, and success stories.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Brand Visibility & Communications\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Marketing & Communications to amplify CSR initiatives.\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Develop content for social media, website, annual reports, and press releases.\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Ensure appropriate branding during CSR events.\u00a0
\n\tTrack media coverage and public sentiment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0Employee Engagement & Volunteerism\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop staff volunteer programs.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate employee participation in CSR initiatives.\u00a0
\n\tPromote internal awareness of CSR activities.<\/p>\n
Job Experience\/Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or related\u00a0 field
\n\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in CSR, sustainability, marketing, or corporate affairs
\n\tExperience working with NGOs or community-based organizations is an advantage
\n\tKnowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks is desirable
\n\tStrong project management skills\u00a0
\n\tStakeholder engagement and relationship management\u00a0
\n\tBudget management\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and presentation skills\u00a0
\n\tAnalytical and reporting skills
\n\tHigh emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity<\/p>\n
