The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members in order to perform duties effectively. The following are the responsibilities of a Supervisor:<\/p>\n
\tProtect staff of TCL
\n\tProtection of physical assets of Rendeavour
\n\tProtect Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors
\n\tClose Protection of Rendeavour Executives and families
\n\tProvide escort duties to Rendeavour Executives and families
\n\tRespond to emergency situations, including suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches, in accordance with laid-down security plans
\n\tRespond to fire outbreaks and coordinate with external fire responders as necessary
\n\tProvide Supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team
\n\tCoordinate with the Armed CIPU officers on security matters
\n\tSubmit daily shift report to the Security Manager<\/p>\n
Requirements <\/p>\n
\tHigh School Certificate, minimum qualification
\n\tPrior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service
\n\tRelevant firearm license and training
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tFamiliarity with report writing
\n\tExcellent surveillance and observation skill<\/p>\n
