Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThe Learning and Development Officer will establish and develop AA Kenya Training Centres as hubs of excellence that build the skills, knowledge and capability of employees, strengthen organizational performance and, over time, generate sustainable revenue by offering high-quality training services to external organizations and individuals.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
\tEstablishment and operationalization of staff training centre.
\n\tLearning Strategy and curriculum development.
\n\tFaculty & trainer Management.
\n\tLearning Resources and knowledge Management.
\n\tTraining facilitation and delivery.
\n\tFinancial Management and commercialization.
\n\tMonitoring, reporting and quality Assurance.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in education (Adult Education \/ Curriculum Development \/ Instructional Design), Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
\n\tCertification in Learning & Development \/ Training, e.g. Training of Trainers (TOT) Certification
\n\tCertification in e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
\n\tAt least 4 years\u2019 experience in training, learning & development or capacity building.
\n\tProven experience in Designing and delivering training programs, conducting training needs assessments (TNA) and managing trainers.
\n\tExperience in setting up or running a training centre or academy is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n

\n\tMonitoring, Evaluation & Reporting \u2013 Ability to assess training effectiveness and generate data-driven insights and reports.
\n\tKnowledge Management & Content Development \u2013 Capability to develop, organize, and manage training content and knowledge-sharing systems.
\n\tFinancial & Commercial Acumen \u2013 Ability to manage training budgets and support revenue generation through training services.
\n\tDigital & Technical Skills \u2013 Proficiency in learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and data analysis tools.
\n\tProject Management \u2013 Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple training programs within timelines and budgets.<\/p>\n
